Essential oils for Anxiety

Aromatherapy or essential oils are a great way to help with symptoms of anxiety and stress, they are very pleasant and easy to use with no side effects. You can use a few drops on a pillow, in an aromatherapy diffuser, 2-3 drops in a dish with hot water, on your clothes, on the body, test a little on skin to see you’re not sensitive to them.
